The North Alabama Agriplex is taking its Farm Kids Club on the road this month for a special Spring Wildflower Walk at Sportsman Lake Park!
Set for Saturday, April 11, from 10-11:30 a.m., this hands-on event is designed for elementary-aged children and their parents or guardians. The walk will guide families through the park's beautiful Wildflower Garden, where they will learn about local plant life, the important role of pollinators and how these flowers contribute to our ecosystem.
In addition to the educational nature walk, kids will also get to participate in a creative, hands-on project. It's the perfect way to get outside and celebrate the arrival of spring in Cullman!
Registration is required and is available on the Agriplex website or Facebook page. The event is $10 per child, with a $20 family maximum. Adults attend for free.
